INTRODUCTION
Dr. M. Arif Wahla is Associate Professor at Electrical Engineering Depart, MCS-NUST Islamabad. Previously he was Head of Department of Information Security, MCS-NUST. Dr. Wahla got his Ph.D and MS degrees in electrical engineering from University of Engineering and Technology Lahore in 2008 and 2003 respectively. He is also graduate of NUST 1993-1996 Session. He has worked on DSL technolgy and Turbo Codes forwireless communications. Presently he is working on Long Term Evolution (LTE) 4G wireless systems. His research interests include Digital Communications Systems, PHY layer of 3G and 4G Wireless Comminication Systems, Error Control Coding for wired and wireless systems.
