INTRODUCTION

Lecturer Bashir Bilal did his MS in Computer Sciences, from Preston University, Islamabad in 1998. He joined College of Signals – NUST in early 2005. He has proved to possess rare expertise of the complex software development. His professional skills in latest software development tools have been tested under practical environment, which proved him a thorough professional and a motivated individual. He has designed and developed several very handy software applications for automation of college’s routine operations. He is supervising and providing guidance to UG/PG students in completing there software projects. He is also teaching modern programming languages as well as advanced programming techniques. His knack over software development coupled with his research potential makes him an extremely useful member of the faculty.
